Online therapy is an increasingly popular way to access personal therapy. It's the same as face to face therapy, with the same benefits, depth and focus - just a more convenient way to attend sessions from the comfort of your own home - or whatever private setting suits you and your needs.
Like a lot of other people, I first started working online during the pandemic, and it was during this period that I discovered how effective online therapy can be, as well as how many more people were able to access therapy in this way.
